The site of this design and build project presented significant challenges. The west-facing, sloping lot needed services connected from the road (electricity, telephone and water) in addition to the typical rural requirements (water tanks, waste treatment system).
As well as these site issues, the brief itself was for a quality four-bedroom home with multiple living areas, a dedicated room for a unique collection of the owner and garaging.
While other builders had not been able to meet the challenge of this site, brief and budget, we were able to build a very neat and considered home with a meticulous attention to detail.
